Dear MindKindness Fellowship,

When we started the MindKindness Fellowship and Practice (MFP) back in March 2020 in response to the challenges of COVID-19, it was a small experiment of service and giving. Within a few months, the MFP has grown into a vibrant community of practice with people from all over the world and from different walks of life. We sit and breathe, feel and heal, and learn and love through our shared practices of MindKindness. The Fellowship has become an oasis, a refuge, an island of sanity for the thirsty, weary, curious, and inspired parts of each of us.

From the start, we decided not to charge money to participants. We intended to make MindKindness available to all those who are willing to show up and learn regardless of their financial situation. This keeps the course accessible to all and clear of financial obligation and distraction. People devote their time and energy to deepen their practice while serving others by showing up in the community. This is a gift that keeps on giving.

As we continue on, the question of donation has arisen from some group members. We are aware that people have different means. For those who would like to donate we invite this in the spirit of learning, reciprocity, and kindness. Your contributions will go towards building a resource library for members, training new facilitators, and the technology needed to grow our fellowship and practice.

We thank you for showing up and we look forward to continuing to practice with you.

May all beings grow in wisdom and loving-kindness. May we all be truly free and happy.
