About this Program
How do we lead, learn and love during a time of chaos and uncertainty?
Join us for the practice of MindKindness and heartfelt dialogue to deepen self-awareness, insight, gratitude, curiosity, contentment, compassion, and the power of letting go.
In order to move through difficult times, we begin with self-awareness and self-care. Then we move outward to how we connect and communicate with each other. From here, we become creative, resourceful, and better at supporting collective action and positive change.
What you will receive from this program:
We aim to support our community of colleagues, clients, and their family and friends by:
Providing meaningful connection, ease, comfort, clarity, and well-being.
Practicing MindKindness to navigate and build the capacity for courage and resilience through challenges.
Cultivating community and strengthening organizational culture.
Helping to manage stress and difficult experiences.
Creating an ongoing routine for self-care and renewal in an environment that is psychologically safe.
Learn about MindKindness
MindKindness is both a self-awareness practice and a leadership development framework. In this program, we practice MindKindness as a way to create actionable, sustainable, and lasting change and well-being. Below are the eight practices of MindKindness to address any challenge with greater awareness, intentionality, presence, perspective, curiosity, acceptance, and compassion.
How it Works
Two times a week, our MindKind Institute team of highly skilled hosts and facilitators will be guiding MindKindness practice and facilitating an open dialogue to deepen self-awareness, insight, gratitude, curiosity, contentment, compassion, and the power of letting go (cultivating acceptance of reality) in order to respond with creativity to any challenge. The program works best if you attend regularly, but can benefit from attending on a drop-in as you can basis.
Duration: 60-minute session. The first 30-minutes includes the guided practice of MindKindness. The second 30-minutes includes the facilitated dialogue. You may stay for the full hour or just for the first 30-minutes if you like.
When: We will have weekly sessions to accommodate various time zones. You are welcome to join us for any of these sessions.
