What is MindKindness?

MindKindness is both a self-awareness practice and a leadership development framework. In this program, you will practice MindKindness as a way to create actionable, sustainable, and lasting change and well-being.

Why do you need MindKindness during the time of chaos and change?

The beautiful and turbulent world we live in continues to challenge and encourage us to go deeper into our inner life and expand outward into global connections.  We need to have an “island of sanity” so we can know who and what we can trust.  We need consistency, regularity of practice in order to have a peaceful mind and a loving heart.
