Martha Graham has been an organizational change consultant and executive coach since 1988. She divides her time between executive coaching, high performing team development, complex organizational change consulting and dialogue facilitation.
In her work she prefers to get right into the heart of the business and her coaching clients are typically at Board level, including Chairpersons, Presidents, CEOs and COOs. Martha has a particular interest in working with executives who are leading complex organizations, leading under adverse circumstances, creating new functions or businesses, crafting new strategies for discontinuous change, or unleashing organizations in need of deep transformation. She frequently coaches the leader while developing the whole leadership team, seeking to establish deep, real, personal connections and create an environment where there is no territory that is off-limits.
