Who is this course for?
Do you have a hard time focusing, often feeling stressed and reactive?
Do you find yourself sometimes feeling lost and disconnected?
Are you willing to become wiser, kinder and more peaceful in your life?
If you hear yourself saying “yes” to any of these questions, then this course is for you.
What is MindKindness?
MindKindness is a meditative and contemplative practice designed to support your personal and professional growth. Created by Dr. Home and taught for over a decade, MindKindness has helped people like you develop eight natural capabilities, empowering you to live a more conscious and meaningful life.
The eight natural capabilities that we’ll practice include: embodied awareness, intention, breath, gratitude, curiosity, contentment, compassion, and letting go.
How does MindKindness compare to traditional mindfulness?
MindKindness, like traditional mindfulness, focuses on the body, breath, and cultivating compassion. However, MindKindness takes a trauma-sensitive approach that prioritizes personal agency, allowing participants to safely explore at their own pace. This approach is especially important in today’s time of widespread upheaval.
In this program, you will…
Practice the Eight Petals of MindKindness to build emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-management, social-awareness, and relationship skills.
Nurture habits of reflection, self-care, and emotional expression for personal and professional growth.
Gain tools to handle stress, fear, and navigate unpredictable situations with resilience.
Strengthen your ability to make choices and take control in life's challenges.
Learn in a supportive, welcoming community that fosters connection and belonging.
